① Upholstery: Made with professional medical-grade leather, featuring exceptional corrosion resistance, UV disinfection resistance, and anti-aging performance. It offers high wear resistance and durability, along with anti-mold, antibacterial, anti-harmful microorganism, and antiviral properties. The material is 100% waterproof and impermeable, with medical-grade stain resistance and easy-to-clean capabilities.

② Cushioning: High-quality foam padding with a density of 40 kg/m³ is used, providing a medium-firm feel that retains its shape even after prolonged use. It has a tensile strength of ≥90 kPa, an elongation rate of ≥130%, a rebound rate of ≥35%, and a tear strength of ≥2.0 N/cm. After dry heat aging, the tensile strength remains ≥55 kPa. Formaldehyde emission is ≤0.120 mg/m²·h, and TVOC emission is ≤0.5 mg/m²·h. All tested items meet the requirements of the inspection standards.

③ Frame: Constructed with 250×400 mm high-strength cold-rolled steel tubes, finished with a sprayed surface coating. The metal exhibits salt spray resistance for 18 hours, with ≤20 rust spots/dm² below 1.5 mm in size, of which no more than 5 rust spots have a diameter ≥1.0 mm (excluding areas within 2 mm of edges and corners). Inspection standards refer to GB/T 3325-2017 "General Requirements for Metal Furniture."

④ Armrest Surface: PU-molded self-skinning finish, offering a warm and durable feel with a density of 60 kg/m³. It has a tensile strength of ≥90 kPa, an elongation rate of ≥130%, a rebound rate of ≥35%, and a tear strength of ≥2.0 N/cm. After dry heat aging, the tensile strength remains ≥55 kPa.
