It provides 100% waterproof and impermeable capability, along with medical-grade stain resistance and easy cleaning.
② Cushioning: High-quality foam cotton is used, with a density of 40 kg/m³, offering moderate firmness and long-lasting shape retention without deformation. Tensile strength ≥ 90 kPa, elongation ≥ 130%, rebound rate ≥ 35%, tear strength ≥ 2.0 N/cm. After dry heat aging, tensile strength ≥ 55 kPa. Formaldehyde emission ≤ 0.120 mg/m²·h, TVOC ≤ 0.5 mg/m²·h. All inspected items meet the requirements of the testing standards.
③ Inner Frame: Fully solid wood planed square, free of bark and significant knots, with moisture content controlled below 16% to prevent insect infestation. It is sturdy and reliable.
④ Leg Frame: High-strength aluminum alloy, integrally die-cast, with a sprayed surface finish. The metal has passed an 18-hour salt spray resistance test, with rust spots ≤ 1.5 mm in diameter numbering ≤ 20 per dm², among which rust spots with a diameter ≥ 1.0 mm shall not exceed 5 points (excluding those within 2 mm from edges and corners).
