Product Specification  

Backrest: Features a double-layer construction with a sturdy PA + 25% fiberglass outer frame and a flexible, elastic PP-toughened nylon inner frame. Effectively alleviates back fatigue. Tested by applying 102kg of thrust for 60 seconds with no abnormalities, meeting BIFMA testing standards.

Seat Cushion: Utilizes molded foam with a density of 60 and hardness of 55, weighing 0.71kg. Paired with high-quality, breathable elastic seat fabric and a 1.2cm thick customized plywood base. Includes a PP engineering plastic dust-proof bottom shell that can be flipped.

Chair Legs: Made of high-quality tubing, Φ28mm, with front legs at T2.0mm and rear legs at T1.5mm, welded together for stable structure. Tested with a 102kg sandbag freely dropped from 152mm above the seat, resulting in no abnormalities in the legs, complying with BIFMA testing standards. Surface treated with high-temperature spray baking paint for strong adhesion, oxidation resistance, and aesthetic appeal.

Armrests: PA + 25% fiberglass armrest surface with finely polished aluminum alloy brackets, capable of flexible upward folding.

Castors: Φ50mm, PU-faced quiet nylon wheels.

Function: Seat cushion can be flipped up, and the chair can be stacked front-to-back for space-saving storage.
