① Armrest: Made of high-quality ABS material through mold injection, the armrest surface is equipped with a cup holder.
② & ③ Rear seat cushion: Made of polyurethane through one-time foaming, it offers a soft, comfortable and highly elastic sitting experience. It won't deform even after long-term use. The density is no less than 50kg/m³.
④ Side guard plate: Made of high-quality PP through injection molding, it is of high density and resistant to impact and aging.
⑤ Fabric: Imported linen fabric is used, which has strong permeability and good sound absorption effect. The color and texture can be determined according to customer requirements.
⑥ Leg: The armrest feet are made of steel plates no less than 2.5mm thick through oil pressure and welding. The bottom plate of the armrest feet is formed by stretching steel plates no less than 2.5mm thick, which fixes the seat to the floor.
Buffer recovery: The flexible recovery is achieved by springs and dampers, and it is silent.
Screws: Hidden stainless steel ground expansion screws are used for fixation (strong connection, beautiful and rust-free).
Recovery mechanism: An internal gravity slow automatic recovery device is installed to enable the seat to return to its original position automatically. Zero failure.
