② & ③ Rear seat cushion: Made of polyurethane through one-time foaming, providing a soft, comfortable, and highly elastic sitting experience. It won't deform even after long-term use, with a density of no less than 50kg/m³.
④ Side guard plate: Made of high-quality PP through injection molding, with high density, impact resistance, and anti-aging properties.
⑤ Fabric: Imported linen fabric is used, which has strong permeability and good sound absorption effect. The color and texture can be determined according to customer requirements.
⑥ Leg: The armrest foot is made of steel plate no less than 2.5mm thick through oil pressure and welding. The armrest foot base plate is formed by stretching steel plate no less than 2.5mm thick, which fixes the seat to the floor.
Buffer recovery: Flexible recovery is achieved through springs and dampers, and it is silent.
Screws: Steel hexagon socket head cap screws and expansion nuts.
