**Seat & Back Cushion:** High-density ultra-soft PU with high-efficiency flame-retardant elements and a spring steel frame structure. Formed by cold-foam integral molding, it conforms to ergonomic principles, offering a soft, comfortable feel with excellent resilience. It maintains its shape even after prolonged use, with a density of 55.
**Seat & Back Shell:** Made from high-quality, high-density hardwood 7-ply bent wood board, externally veneered with imported beech wood. The overall appearance is elegant and stylish with strong resistance to deformation. The internal seat frame is a composite structure of steel frame, velvet cloth, and sponge. Features unique honeycomb sound-absorbing pores, achieving an overall sound absorption rate of 0.5. The entire hall can eliminate echoes within 0.1 seconds, ensuring good seat breathability and a noise-free environment for the whole venue.
**Upholstery Fabric:** Soft linen-velvet fabric, stitched into shape. It has strong permeability, excellent sound absorption, is wear-resistant, colorfast, and offers moderate softness. Easy to clean. Color and texture can be determined according to customer requirements. Can also be treated as needed to meet requirements for 3M stain resistance; Teflon liquid/ stain repellence and dust resistance; anti-static, anti-bacterial, anti-mildew, and fire retardancy. Flame retardant performance meets standards such as China's GB8410-94, GB17951-1998, and Britain's BS7176, BS5852.
**Hardware:** Utilizes "Zhugang" brand products. Surfaces undergo degreasing, derusting, acid pickling, and phosphating before electrostatic powder coating. The foot base is formed from cold-rolled steel plate stamping with a thickness not less than 2.5mm. Chair frame, seat support, and chair legs undergo anti-rust treatment, followed by an 18-micron electrophoretic coating as an anti-corrosion primer. Then, a 30-micron epoxy resin spray coating is applied, ensuring no rust in salt spray tests for 400 hours or salt bath tests for 100 hours. Paint film adhesion exceeds Grade 2, with qualified test certificates obtained.
**Armrests:** Armrest surface is made from imported beech wood.
**Writing Tablet:** Features a concealed foldable writing tablet with a wooden writing surface. It can be stored inside the armrest base, making efficient use of space.
**Return Mechanism:** Spring plus damping automatic return mechanism ensures smooth and consistent return motion with zero noise. Fault-free operation for over 200,000 cycles. Equipped with an imported blocking device, ensuring completely silent operation (< NR-20) and fault-free operation for over 50,000 cycles.
**Floor Fixing Screws & Metal Parts:** All screws, metal components, and chair leg screws undergo anti-corrosion treatment according to standards. Chair legs and other metal parts receive anti-rust and anti-corrosion treatment.</details>
